   Proposal Description:
   There exist potential racial differences in genetic risk factors for              Alzheimer's disease (AD). For example, subcortical ischemic changes have been     noted to be more common in AD patients in Asian countries. In this study, by      comparing domestic and NACC dataset, we are going to investigate whether the      effect of genetic influence on clinical and pathologic characteristics of AD      spectrum disorders can be different in Asians and Caucasians.
